Your role involves collaborating with the leadership team at CODE313, develop and execute school-year and summer youth initiatives. These programs aim to offer academic enrichment, recreational activities, and life skills opportunities within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and uphold a consistent program schedule that fosters the academic, emotional, and social development of school-age youth, aligning with CODE313's commitment to holistic education.
2. Prioritize the safety and well-being of every child involved by implementing structured activities, adhering to established policies and procedures, and employing rigorous hiring practices.
