Take a look at CODE313 Executive Director, Bartel Welch, and former student now Coding Instructor Joevell Arnold’s time on Detroit’s Channel 4 News. The purpose behind CODE313 was discussed as well as the opportunity that the company presents to scholars in the Metro Detroit area that may not have had previous access to technology involvement such as coding. CODE313 aims to provide that opportunity to as many youths as possible.
